ALL items present and represented at VegFest MUST be vegan. This includes promotional and marketing materials at the booth (this includes books, signs, and menus!).

This pre-approval application is only required for vendors new to Lancaster VegFest. If you’ve been a past vendor and/or have approval from the event director, you may go straight to the official application.
