2025 Lancaster VegFest Vendors

Inserts must be received by May 1st to be included in the bags.

SPONSORS may provide informational or other items to be included in the 500 tote bags given to the VIP pass holders. Please send the amount that correlates with your sponsorship level. Golden Beat – 4, Red Radish – 3, Purple Carrot – 2, Green Bean – 1.

ANYONE may provide 500 vegan samples or coupons to be included in the tote bags. (only sponsors may include promotional items, including flyers, menus, brochures, etc)

We have a raffle that further benefits the speakers and free community activities at the event, as well as highlights your products at the Welcome Tent at Lancaster VegFest.

Golden Beet and Red Radish Sponsors may provide a logo to be printed on the 2025 Lancaster VegFest Commemorative Tote Bags and Lancaster VegFest Shirts. The artwork must be a high-resolution (300 dpi) color file in EPS, TIFF, JPEG, or PDF format.

Golden Beet and Red Radish Sponsorships include logo placement in the 2025 Lancaster VegFest promotional posters, which will be distributed in various locations in Lancaster and surrounding areas. Logos are full-color, in an outlined vector EPS file. Hi-resolution PDFs or TIFFs at 300 dpi are preferred, though JPGs will also be accepted. If supplying a PDF, please embed or outline the fonts when outputting.

All Sponsorships include ad placement in the 2025 Lancaster VegFest digital program which is promoted at the event. Ads are full-color, in an outlined vector EPS file. Hi-resolution PDFs or TIFFs at 300 dpi are preferred, though JPGs will also be accepted. If supplying a PDF, please embed or outline the fonts when outputting. If an ad is not provided, one will be created by Lancaster VegFest, including your logo, three photos, and address. You can, of course, opt for Lancaster VegFest to design your ad!

All businesses selling products and services subject to sales tax are required to obtain a Pennsylvania Sales, Use, and Hotel Occupancy Tax License using the PA-100 Enterprise Registration application.

The quickest and easiest way to apply is directly online at: http://www.pa100.state.pa.us/

The online system has edit checks that will prevent the submission of an incomplete or incorrect application, which would delay processing. You will receive the sales tax account number by e-mail, if so requested, in about 3 business days. If you complete the online PA-100 Form, you may retrieve your account number(s) by logging onto the same site about 3 business days after the online PA-100 was submitted. Click on “Check on Application Status” and enter your application ID and 4-digit PIN. Your registration packet/license will be mailed in 7 to 10 business days.

Other ways to obtain a PA-100 application:

  • Print form PA-100.
  • Call 1-888-PATAXES, select the Forms Ordering Message Service for fax or mailing of the PA-100. TDD # (717) 772-2252.
  • Visit your local District Office (check the blue pages of your phone book.)
  • Send a written request to PA Department of Revenue, Tax Forms Service Unit, 711 Gibson Blvd., Harrisburg, PA 17104-3200.

ANY VENDORS SELLING AND/OR SAMPLING FOOD: MUST have a City Health License to sell or give away food. This includes pre-made, packaged, and cooked food.

*The temporary permit now costs $140. To be made out to and sent to The City Of Lancaster.

Your permit must be in hand by May 1st so please have your application with all required documents and the $140 check made out to the City Of Lancaster mailed by April 15th.

An animal-friendly event

All food products sold or offered must be vegan (100% plant-based, no animal ingredients of any kind). Non-food items should not be tested on animals, and should be free of animal derivatives such as leather, fur, silk, lanolin, gelatin, etc.
