Omowale Adewale

Omowale Adewale is the author of An Introduction to Veganism and Agricultural Globalism, former champion fighter, and MaRLI research scholar certified in plant-based nutrition. He is currently in production of Brotha Vegan for Lantern Books, a collection of insightful essays, stories and other writings by Black vegan men. Wale is the co-founder and director of G.A.ME, Inc. a not-for-profit that addresses socio-economic issues among working class people of color. He is the founder of Black VegFest.

    I watched a food panel and Omowale Talked was on the panel. He spoke about innercity life and how it affects our eating habits and the lack of accessibility to get good produce, he also spoke on lack of information on food healing and environmental conditions create stress and illnesses and violence.
